En tant que Commercial(e) Restaurant, vous etablirez des relations solides avec les meilleurs restaurants et chaines de France afin d'avoir un grand impact sur la selection proposee sur l'application Uber Eats. Nous sommes a la recherche d'une personne curieuse prete a denicher les meilleurs restaurants, ayant un fort interet pour la food tech, et un gout prononce pour la negociation. Votre mission principale sera d'attirer de nouveaux restaurants pour continuer a developper notre application.

Ce que vous ferez

  • Conclure des deals avec les restaurants de Bordeaux en gerant l'integralite du processus de vente, de la prospection au closing.
  • Gerer les negociations contractuelles afin d'etablir les bases d'une relation de travail avec nos restaurants.
  • Communiquer clairement a nos partenaires la valeur d'Uber Eats, ses nouveaux services, ainsi que ses projets afin de susciter leur envie de nous rejoindre
  • Contribuer a l'elaboration et a la refonte de la strategie commerciale pour veiller a ce que UberEats puisse reussir a grande echelle.
  • Augmenter la selection de restaurants dans votre territoire

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

  • Une experience sur un poste commercial (CDI, CDD, Alternance, stage), idealement pour une entreprise en forte croissance (Technologie, PGC ou Hotellerie) ou sur un poste en contact direct avec des clients.
  • Une experience en CDI, CDD, alternance ou stage sur un poste oriente terrain (commercial terrain, chef de secteur, etc.)
  • De solides notions en prospection telephonique, negociation, et closing de contrats
  • De bonnes capacites relationnelles afin de nouer des relations sur le long terme avec vos differents partenaires
  • Un etat d'esprit oriente resultat
  • Une capacite a rester organise dans un environnement rapide en constante evolution
  • La maitrise du francais et un bon niveau d'anglais

About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships with France's best independent restaurants as well as chains and to have a big impact on the restaurant selection on Uber Eats. We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running and knows where the best eateries are, is passionate about food and enjoys negotiating to build the best partnership. Your primary focus will be bringing on new top restaurants and leverage your pitching, negotiating and driving internal processes to set up our clients for success.

What you'll do:

- Close deals with Restaurant Partners in your market by owning the entire end-to-end sales process.
- Manage contract negotiations aimed at establishing the foundation of a strong working relationship with our restaurant partners, including sustainable economics for both parties.
- Clearly communicate the value of Uber Eats and its newest products and projects.
- Help craft and redesign processes to ensure Uber Eats can move quickly and succeed at large scale.
- Own the restaurant selection in your area.

What You'll Need:

- An experience in an inside and / or field sales position ideally for a high growth company, (Technology, FMCG, or Hospitality industry) or client facing position.
- Fluent in both French and English
- Experience in sourcing, negotiating and driving contracts to closure.
- Confidence in building great relationships with partners & ability to win new business over the phone
- Relentlessly driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
- A people person, you love talking to people and getting them excited
- Ability to stay poised and organized in a fast-paced work environment
