Job Description
We have three areas of responsibility which you may help with. You'll take on one of the below as your primary role:
- Heavy Equipment Claims: Adjust claims on heavy equipment vehicles such as semi-trucks, cement mixers, and construction vehicles
- Injury Claims: Adjust unrepresented bodily injury commercial claims
- Rideshare Claims: Adjust claims with companies supporting rideshare services, and customers using those services
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher or a combined total of five years of work experience and/or college education. Must have one year of injury claims handling or work in the insurance industry
- Work or educational experience must include:
- Making decisions
- Solving problems
- Planning, prioritizing and organizing
- Effectively communicating verbally and in writing
- Customer service
Compensation
- $50,000 - $60,000/year Non-Injury Heavy Equipment and Rideshare Claims; $53,000 - $63,000/year Injury Claims
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
