Should possess Three years of collections experience with the majority of the time being spent working extensively with direct enterprise customers. The candidate will have a consistent track record of supplying positively in a high-paced, constantly evolving, and growing business environment. Candidate must also have the ability to collaborate with different teams, utilize strong influencing skills, and demonstrate robust communication abilities. Creating and maintaining a successful partnership with the Adobe sales team is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

The Collections Analyst will be required to manage a portfolio of domestic direct enterprise accounts. The Collections analyst will be responsible for achieving specific corporate objectives related to overall portfolio delinquency and limiting of bad debt write-offs. The candidate will be required to work in close contact with Adobe’s sales organization. There will be requirements for extended coverage during quarterly fiscal close periods. Some travel may be required.

Skills:

Requires analytical skills to perform detailed financial statement analysis. Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. The ability to efficiently resolve complex issues within the credit organization is highly valued. Should be proficient in MS Word and Excel. SAP & SFDC knowledge is a strong plus.
