Supply Chain Data Entry and Inventory Management Intern/Co-Op. Entering data to ERP, reviewing excess and obsolescence parts and disposition the parts.
Job Responsibilities:
•Interface with Supply Chain team to update and edit data into ERP – Dynamics NAV
•Review the excess and obsolescence list of parts and follow through the disposition process directed by the Program Manager and Service Field Manager. Coordinate the disposition plan and contact the suppliers or external parties if needed for any returns.
•Maybe involve with new process implementation on ERP upgrade
QUALIFICATIONS
•Must be able to work at least 20 hours week
•Currently pursuing undergraduate degree in business administration, operations, inventory management or related disciplines
•Ability to work in a team environment and independently and collaborate
•Intrinsically motivated, organized & detail oriented
•Proficiency with Microsoft applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
•Knowledge of ERP system is a plus
