JOB DESCRIPTION

The Finance Co-op will assist the NA Truck Finance Supervisor in the overall administration, direction, and monthly reporting for the North America Truck business units. This employee will provide timely and meaningful financial analysis regarding all aspects of the business unit including ownership of our rebate program tracking. This includes forecasting, modeling and developing helpful metrics to drive financial performance. This position will also assist in the analysis of sales data, process improvements, and other projects as required.

Job Responsibilities:

•Track NA Truck Rebate Programs and report out on a monthly basis

•Track key metrics against the Annual Operating Plan, monthly forecast, prior quarter and prior year

•Perform month end duties including, but not limited to; NA Truck staff budget management, month end journal entries, FP&A deliverable preparation.

•Tasked with developing month end meeting cadences, administrating deliverables and conducting plant data coordination.

•Maintain and improve monthly operating metrics and reporting

•Assist with special projects, corporate requirements, and Ad-hoc/AOP reporting as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

•Enrolled in undergraduate business oriented degree, accounting or finance preferred

•Strong analytical and organization skills (ability to recognize and resolve issues)

•Strong verbal and written communication skills

•Ability to function in a changing environment and meet scheduled deadlines

•Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook skills are required

•Microsoft Office Access, PowerPoint and HFM knowledge is preferred
