JOB DESCRIPTION

Cooperative Education Student who is pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Engineering

The student works in support of the engineering department by applying knowledge from academic studies

This person will interface with project engineers, test labs, production manufacturing facilities, and several internal engineering groups

The Co-op Student works under close supervision to learn about aspects of engineering that they can apply after graduation

Job Responsibilities:

Principal Responsibilities:

• Support Project and Product Engineers and Application Engineers on various products.

• Contribute to the engineering application and development of products.

• Provide engineering analysis for new or existing components and write engineering reports as required.

• Provide hands-on support of component test and/or development in the laboratory and vehicle level.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS

Education / Experience:

• Pursuing a Bachelor Degree in Engineering

• Demonstrated capability and knowledge of basic mathematics and sciences.

• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.

• Understanding of vehicular drive train components and their application.

• Technical Knowledge / Skill of vehicle performance criteria
