The Marketing Communications Manager role combines strong business thinking, seasoned marketing leadership with marketing automation experience, digital marketing competency and the ability to masterfully leverage global programs in your Area.

Marketing Communications Manager drives integrated marketing planning, execution, and optimization driving new lead generation, nurture and consumption as prioritized by the Business Group (BG) and Sales and aligned to sales and marketing plays for our Azure, Modern Workplace, Biz Apps, and Industry solutions.
As a strong advocate for connected sales and marketing, you lead the connection with our internal Sales teams (Enterprise and Small, Medium, and Corporate (SMC)) and drive integration and alignment with the Partner team (OCP). You drive your Area and team to smartly maximize local marketing investments by fully exploiting all global content and marketing services, and augmenting local work aligned to global strategies. You are the key local point of contact for the Corporate demand generation team and responsible for landing and evangelizing the global marketing strategy locally, as well as providing local feedback and insights on landing.
You will also lead engagement with CMO Shared Services in Experiential, Social Marketing, and Data & Insights to align local executions across all marketing channels and ensure all activities are set up properly in our tools and systems to enable tracking, reporting and local optimization.
The ideal candidate is a strong performance marketer. You will demonstrate and model for your team, deep understanding of marketing insights dashboards and surface opportunities, drive marketing planning decisions with local stakeholders and lead connected sales and marketing discussions with Sales. You have a strong customer focus with a drive to deliver the best solutions for our customers. You enjoy being continually challenged in a multifaceted, matrixed, and constantly evolving environment.
