Virtustream is seeking an experienced Healthcare Cloud Platform and Services Product Manager that will use his/her business and technical skills to drive vision, strategy, requirements and use cases for Virtustream xStreamCare Professional, Managed, and Security Services and Virtustream Healthcare Cloud platform services. This person will work closely with customers, the field and engineering to define, develop, shape and refine services and platform requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Drive vision and strategy for Virtustream xStreamCare Professional, Managed, and Security Services and Virtustream Healthcare Cloud platform services
• Responsible for developing use cases and requirements for Healthcare Cloud platform services by working with customers, field, engineering and other product managers
• Identify and prioritize new features for product backlog based on revenue potential, profitability, timing, competition, business unit strategy and vision
• Assist with roadmap development for the Virtustream Healthcare Cloud, focused on hosting healthcare workloads and data in the cloud and providing xStreamCare Professional, Managed, and Security Services for multi-cloud (Virtustream Healthcare Cloud, Azure, AWS, etc.)
• Collaborate with the Marketing organization to drive solution release collateral
• Participate in agile scrum meetings and validate delivered architecture/designs
• Work both internally with functional groups (engineering, marketing, sales, alliances, services, support, etc.) as well as externally with customers and partners to drive releases
• Understand, assess and critique the architecture proposed by the architecture team and ensure the engineering team delivery is aligned to product design
• Work with program/release managers to track schedules against the roadmap and escalate risks and issues.

Must Have Skills and Experience

• 12-15 years’ experience in Healthcare Product Management with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Cloud experience working directly with Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, or Google Cloud Platform in an Agile environment
• Experience in product management focused on delivering healthcare applications that leverage cloud-based platforms
• Knowledge of Cloud Professional, Managed, and Security Services
• Strong understanding of strategy, financial and analytical fundamentals based upon work experience

Desired Experience

• Cloud Delivery of Epic EHR, PACS, and/or VNA strongly preferred
• Experience using Citrix or Horizon in desktop or application delivery a plus
