What you’ll be doing:

• leading team ceremony including standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives and ensuring that actions are tracked

• helping identify MVP solutions to business problems and de-risk delivery roadmaps

• owning the quality of delivery, particularly using test suites for the technologies you and the team are delivering

• managing stories and tasks assigned to the team, reporting progress and issues

• assisting the team to triage issues and develop solutions

• coordinating and writing code-level documentation, documenting our wider architectures, processes, and components

• undertaking exams to demonstrate your capabilities, helping our organisation retain its certifications accreditations

What we’re looking for:

• Good knowledge of Agile processes for software delivery.

• Willing to take ownership and able to lead a multi-disciplinary team across a range of technologies.

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly using ARM templates for deployment, CLI/PowerShell. Other IaC approaches (Terraform, Pulumi) would be useful.

• Strong grasp of .NET (C#).

• Good working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
