What you’ll be doing:
leading team ceremony including standups, planning, reviews, and retrospectives and ensuring that actions are tracked
helping identify MVP solutions to business problems and de-risk delivery roadmaps
owning the quality of delivery, particularly using test suites for the technologies you and the team are delivering
managing stories and tasks assigned to the team, reporting progress and issues
assisting the team to triage issues and develop solutions
coordinating and writing code-level documentation, documenting our wider architectures, processes, and components
undertaking exams to demonstrate your capabilities, helping our organisation retain its certifications accreditations
What we’re looking for:
Good knowledge of Agile processes for software delivery.
Willing to take ownership and able to lead a multi-disciplinary team across a range of technologies.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, particularly using ARM templates for deployment, CLI/PowerShell. Other IaC approaches (Terraform, Pulumi) would be useful.
Strong grasp of .NET (C#).
Good working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
