Registered Nurse travels to assigned client’s employment site to provide health evaluations for participants. May conduct evaluation via teleconference when no site is available.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Review the individually completed Health History Questionnaire.
2. Review and interpret individual blood lab test results.
3. Obtain individual weight, blood pressure, pulse, body fat or body mass, and fitness level.
4. Establish individual goals by making recommendations for improving the individual’s health risk.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
1. Valid Registered Nursing License for state(s) in which they meet with program participants
2. Professional Liability Insurance certificate
3. Valid CPR certification
4. Valid Driver’s License
5. Excellent motivational and coaching skills
6. Working vehicle and current personal auto insurance
7. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
OTHER JOB REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS
1. Must be able to lift, pull or push up to 65 pounds to bring testing equipment and laptop to work site
2. Frequent bending required
3. Up to 100% travel to various client sites required, commute may be up to 3 or 4 hour drive
4. Some overnight travel may be required
