This role will be responsible for delivering training to our MRI customers across the region.
You will belong to dynamic MRI specialist team with commercial and clinical education mission, and work on projects with a wide variety of healthcare institutes in the region.In this role you will grow your clinical expertise in MRI and your ability to communicate, educate and lead.Essential Responsibilities Conduct high quality application trainings at customer sites to ensure customer’s safe and effective use of GE equipment’s, maximizing image quality and productivity.Help customers improve their clinical capabilities with MRI.Co-ordinate installations and initial clinical applications alongside sales, service and the Clinical Education Manager.Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs.
Continuously develop and improve a network of key opinion leaders within the assigned territory.Support and bring expertise to trade shows and conferences.Support sales organization with clinical expertise.Support the deployment of digital tools and embrace the digital transformation of clinical educationDocument trainings, site visits and Customer interactions as per the local protocol.
Qualifications/Requirements Qualified Technician/ Engineer or equivalent professional experience in medical devices, advantage: relevant MRI experience
Technical analytical skillsAbility to work independently with minimum supervision, high work standards and qualityCustomer-oriented attitude; deals tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, excellent listening and interpersonal skills
Fluency in at least 1 Nordic language and EnglishValid driving license, active driving experienceAbility to travel and be at customer sites 70 to 80% of the working time (annual average).Desired Characteristics
Experience and “know how†in MRI.Experience with Cardiac examsPrevious employment at a Nordic Healthcare provider.Technology
