Improving Patient Services as a Clinical Coding Consultant
At Capita Healthcare Decisions, our clinical coding consultants work with various healthcare organisations to deliver a quality clinical coding service. Working onsite with our clients and remotely, you’ll support coding activities to maintain accuracy and consistency, and feeding back any queries or issues to the relevant hospital lead.
You’ll need to be an experienced and accredited clinical coder (ACC), with knowledge of how to code complex episodes, as well as the motivation and organisational skills to meet tight deadlines. This is a home-based role where you’ll carry out some clinical coding projects remotely, with travel involved to client hospitals across the South East. This is a great opportunity to grow your experience by working for different specialist providers, while helping our clients make smart decisions that will keep healthcare services running smoothly.
