School of Veterinary Medicine and Science, University of Nottingham
The School of Veterinary Medicine and Science is an innovative and forward-thinking school at University of Nottingham. This has been demonstrated by the dramatic increase of our student numbers by moving to a dual intake system. In September 2019, 150 undergraduate students started with us, with a further 150 starting in April 2020. We have been consistently ranked #1 in NSS survey since our first gradua-ting cohort in 2011, and in the most recent REF we ranked 2nd in the
UK for research power. We are also the only veterinary school who are holders of an ASPIRE award, recognising our excellence in student engagement.
