As our Client Director, you will work collaboratively with current and future client departments to understand their needs, secure their business, and shape their property strategies; and lead across GPA to coordinate service delivery, enhancing client satisfaction and growing GPA income. As an Executive Team member you will transform the way that Government works and create great places to work for civil servants. You will work closely with the Chief Executive, fellow directors and client departments to achieve this. You will lead for the GPA on all client matters to shape our service offer, coordinate service delivery and enhance client satisfaction. As Client Director, you will be the voice of the client in GPA, driving the agenda and putting customer service at the heart of everything GPA does.
