We are looking for a high-energy Product Field Marketing Consultant who loves and excels at helping customers innovate, solving problems, and enabling our sales organization by positioning our client solutions.

The Product Field Marketing Organization within our Client Solution Group (CSG) is at the forefront of customer engagement enabling solutions and growing the business.

Join us as a Consultant on our Enterprise Product Field Marketing supporting our Rugged Business across all North America, do the best work of your career and make a profound impact on our customers.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Manage go-to-market activities for Dell Rugged products across all segments in North America

  • Create demand generation activities for Dell Rugged business including events and digital marketing

  • Oversee quarterly marketing budget for Dell Rugged in North America reporting on the effectiveness of demand gen, sales contests, content creation, and product demo’s

  • Collaborate with COC, Product Management, Field Marketing, and Sales to ensure successful product launches.

  • Develop sales assets and tools that enable Client Sales Specialists to effectively sell and promote Dell Rugged products to customers

  • Lead product training, webinars and serve as a Rugged resource within the Enterprise for sales and field marketing

  • Present to Customers on our Rugged portfolio and solutions.

Essential Requirements for this role: 

  • 8+ of experience in product marketing, field marketing, product management and or other product sales enablement fields.

  •  Strong management and relationship skills with a high ability to influence in a matrix environment

  • Executive Presentations and customer-facing experience. Excellent communication skills  

  • Exceptional project and time management skills, with strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs

  •  Ability to work on own — a self-starter with a high sense of urgency and entrepreneurial spirit

  • Advanced analytical skills, proven understanding of financial performance and ability to convert insights to actions to drive required results.
