RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Operates as the point of contact for assigned customers. 
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts. 
• Makes sure clients receive requested products and services. 
• Forecasts and tracks client account metrics. 
• Manage projects within client relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals. 
• Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients. 
• Collaborates with sales team to reach prospective clients. 
• Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines.

SKILLS REQUIRED 

• Strong verbal communication skills. 
• A high school diploma or higher level of education. 
• Excellent knowledge of English and Sinhala language, both oral and written. 
• Dynamic, innovative, and target-driven. 
• Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast moving environment. 
• Sales experience will be considered an advantage. 
• A passion for Capital Markets (Preferred)
