Job Description

MDLIVE is looking for an experienced Client Member Engagement Manager to build tools, engagement strategies, and best practices that tell the MDLIVE story and support our client success team in their efforts to drive awareness, registration, and utilization among client members and employees. The Client Member Engagement Manage is responsible for driving client member registration and utilization of MDLIVE virtual medical and behavioral health care benefits by developing, implementing, and tracking client member engagement strategies and tactics in partnership with client success team. This position requires a mix of marketing planning, analytical (ability to calculate marketing impact and improve ROI), interpersonal, project management and communications skills.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with marketing team members to translate content from consumer-focused marketing materials to content and assets our health plan and employer clients can use to drive awareness, registration, and utilization of MDLIVE

  • Partner with client success teams to help them develop member utilization strategies to help them engage their clients and their clients employees/plan members

  • Partner with client success teams to track and analyze the impact of member engagement campaigns to enhance effectiveness

  • Serve as member engagement subject matter expert during presentations and training sessions with client success teams

  • Use data and insights to inform member engagement approach, measure success, and make recommendations for future marketing content.

  • Reference reporting platforms to track the success of campaigns and to adjust strategies as needed to ensure the highest level of campaign effectiveness

  • Serve as the brand ambassador to reinforce brand guidelines of MDLIVE for materials, presentations, and practices of the company

  • Research new products and markets such as Medicare, Medicaid, and create marketing plans on subjects you have not explored in the past

  • Develop and execute strategy for client-facing digital asset library and manage relationship with third-party vendor

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or better in marketing, health services, business, or related field

  • 3-5+ years of B2B account management, marketing, or other relevant experience

  • Experience using marketing, sales and customer success technologies, especially as Marketo, Salesforce, HubSpot

  • Experience in Healthcare marketing or healthcare member engagement

  • A blend of consulting experience, as well as internal-customer experience, is ideal

  • Ability to design a multi-channel marketing plan, outlining KPIs and member engagement objectives

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with client success team

  • Be accountable, proactive, and thoughtful with high attention to detail, follow through and strategic problem-solving skills

  • Possess strong program management skills with the ability to plan project tasks and execute on these on time, while paying strict attention to detail

  • Possess strong comfort level with marketing data and analytics along with the ability to create high level reporting and analysis of marketing data and trends

  • Understand digital marketing campaigns and leadership with knowledge of PPC, social media and display advertising

  • Ability to demonstrate experience with integrated print, email, social media, and digital marketing

  • Possess strong Microsoft Office suite skills including PowerPoint and Excel

This role is Flex/WFH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location.  Employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID 19 if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $89,100 - $148,600, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
