• Be responsible for invoicing for various mandates
• Create and document contracts according to internal risk management guidelines
• Manage internal databases and the electronic filing system
• Support for internal projects and process optimization
• Support the Swiss and American tax teams with general administrative tasks
• Correspondence in German and English and take calls professionally
• Plan and organize trips (incl. hotels and flights) and coordinate appointments

That's why you are successful

• Completed training as a businesswoman EFZ (Profile E or M) or comparable
• At least 5 years of commercial professional experience in a dynamic and international service or consulting environment
• Experience in preparing invoices and confident in dealing with numbers
• Excellent knowledge of German and very good written and spoken English
• Sound MS Office knowledge (Outlook, Excel, Word))
• Reliable, accurate and, above all, independent way of working and good at handling confidential data
• Service-oriented, committed and resilient personality who likes to think actively and takes on responsibility
