Job Description

Accountabilities:

 

  • Perform sale day and general administration functions such as:  front counter service, collecting & posting payments, financing purchases, updating information in our internal systems, data entry, etc.
  • Provide customer service through a variety of communication channels, such as: in person, on the phone, through email
  • Prepare, issue, and send out correspondence, bills, invoices, receipts, checks, ownerships, Lien checks, vehicle release.
  • Greet and assist customers. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when working with clients and team members in a fast paced environment.  
  • Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors
  • Process new dealer applications by obtaining the appropriate registration documents according to Auction policy, such as dealer license, registration and insurance, bank reference
  • Maintain dealer files, such as validating status of dealer insurance records, business address and phone numbers
  • Familiarize new dealers with Auction policies
  • Perform all other duties as needed to support the business.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

 

  • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role with customer facing exposure.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Ability to Multitask, high sense of organization, ability to pivot.
  • Can work both collaboratively and autonomously.
  • Strong ability to build client relationships.
  • Good communication combined with great sense of details
  • Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable with learning new systems and working with office equipment such fax, printer.
  • Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods of time
  • Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks, manual dexterity
