Premier Work Support are looking to recruit an experienced Cleaning Supervisor for our established client at their Bristol site. This is a temporary role, however the position could become permanent for the right candidate.

Duties:

* You will be responsible for managing cleaning operatives to ensure performance management.
* Ensure cleaning on sites meet the contractual standards
* Regular meeting with clients to ensure SLA's to identify solutions and service excellence in line with the standards in place.
* Be able to monitor staff hours using the staff log in system and ensure performance management, health and safety and contracted hours are completed through effective allocation of staffing or use of cover staff.

Professional and personal competencies/qualifications:

* Knowledge of cleaning industry
* Previous experience of supervising cleaning contract sites or similar
* Knowledge of health and safety awareness/training
* Excellent customer service
* IT literate, and understanding of systems/technology in the industry

Hours are 8.00am to 5.00pm - 40 hours a week.

The successful candidate would need to pass Drug & Alcohol and Medical check specific for the site.
