QRS are working on behalf Peterborough College and are seeking a Cleaner who can join the team on a part-time permanent basis working 42 weeks of the year (term time only). 

Within this role, the successful candidate will undertake a defined variety of cleaning tasks, ensuring that a designated area is cleaned to an excellent standard. Designated areas may involve but not be limited to the cleaning of corridors, stairwells, classrooms, offices, toilet replenishment, toilet cleaning, food preparation and eating areas, and other areas both indoors and outdoors across the main and off main site campuses in the IEG group.

You will train in the use of and use a range of cleaning equipment (jet washers, floor scrubbers etc.). You will exemplify cleaning standards and be involved in the training and auditing of other cleaners. Training to facilitate this will be provided.

The working pattern for this position are over 5 days a week. Monday- Friday. The working pattern will be between 06:00-20:00 to suit the requirements of the college but typically you will work 15 hours a week between 06:00-09:00.
