The role

As the Marketing Assistant, you’re the glue that binds the whole Clarks Originals Marketing function together. You’re on top of everything and can always be relied on to produce that vital bit of information when it’s most needed. Purchase orders? Processed, tracked and checked against invoices. Meeting Room? Booked and set up. Meeting Agenda? Prepared and ready to go. With you around, everything runs like clockwork and our deadlines – so crucial in a marketing department – are always met. There will also be amazing opportunities to get involved in supporting the development in all different ways across collaborations, photoshoots, seasonal marketing assets and bespoke product packaging for exciting brand collaborations.

That’s how you’ll make such a difference in this department. And, at a time when everything is in transition – within our organisation and beyond – the steadying influence of the diverse support you give is more valuable than ever.

Your colleagues can rely on you and you can rely on them. So, when you arrange sample orders with our sample coordinators, you know it’ll go without a hitch. And, when you’re prioritising workloads for you colleagues, they’ll know that their efforts are being spent in the right places.

The competence you exude is more than just an appearance. You can back it up with attention to detail and rock-solid Microsoft Office skills. And you know a thing or two about the workings of a global business like ours – this won’t be new territory for you. You’ll be someone who can hit the ground running with their fine-tuned admin skills ready-to-go.
