Yum Restaurant Services Group ("YRSG")is instituting a COVID-19 vaccination mandate for health and safety reasons. Effective January 3, 2022, YRSG requires that corporate employees are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 as a condition of employment, subject to reasonable accommodation as required by law.

• Coordination of US liability claimsresponsibilities include:
  • Triage all liability claims,oversee TPA to authority level when claim is transferred to TPA. This process includes communication, both oral and written to internal and external parties.
  • Discovery coordination on litigated liability matters as warranted.
  • Perform a variety of duties in support of the Liability Claims program to include service instruction updates, responding to adjuster requests for information, point of contact for liability claim questions/issues from internal and external partners and special projects/other duties as assigned.

• Perform a variety of duties in support of the Workers’ Compensation program to include:
  • Responding to adjuster requests for information
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners on return to work.
  • Coordination with internal partners on reporting requirements and other WC claims duties and special projects
• Coordinate third party property subrogation to include adherence to service instructions, auditing, reconciliations and liaison with adjusters, facility team, property accounting.
• Other risk management duties/projects.

Knowledge and Skills Required:

Must be fully vaccinated by January 3, 2022, subject to reasonable accommodations. Proof of vaccination required.

EDUCATION:

• Associate degree preferred.Intermediate knowledge of tort law, insurance law and agency law are required. Professional designations in the insurance field (ARM, AIC, CPCU) or licensed all lines adjuster is preferred.

EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications):

• 3-5 years risk management, insurance, or claims management experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to show empathy and resolve customer issues with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization.
• Excellent decision making, organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to change, exercise initiative, use independent judgment, work effectively in a team environment and manage confidential information.
• Ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
