We are looking for someone to join the advisor channel claims team as a claims consultant. This role can be based in Auckland or Wellington.

The special person we are seeking needs to have the following attributes:

• Previous experience in claims assessment and management and knowledge of the insurance and reinsurance business.
• Strong people skills and a proven ethic of exceeding customer expectations

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Someone who learns quickly and is agile with change

• Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish
• Seldom gives up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks

• A team player

• Able to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers and gains their trust and respect
• Has strong attention to detail
