As a claims support specialist, you’ll help ensure claims are resolved efficiently for our customers. Supporting complex roles within our claims team, you’ll handle administrative tasks, prepare settlement drafts and correspondence, in addition to corresponding with customers, vendors, medical providers, attorneys and law enforcement.
Must-have qualifications
High school diploma/GED equivalent or higher and two years of claims or administrative experience
Preferred skills
Intermediate to advanced computer skills (e.g. Word, Excel)
Strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently or with a team
Compensation
$38,000 - $41,000/year
Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
