Duties & responsibilities
- Making coverage decisions that determine the extent of Progressive’s liability
- Gathering details through interviews and investigations regarding those injured in an accident
- Settling unrepresented bodily injury claims, among other things
- Calculates benefit payments and approves payment of claims within a defined monetary limit
Must-have qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher and a minimum of one year in the insurance industry
- Instead of the above, a combined minimum of five years post-secondary education and/or work experience, at least one year of which must be in the insurance industry
Schedule Monday - Friday 9 am to 6 pm with rotational Saturdays
Compensation
- $59,000/yearly
- Gainshare bonus up to 16% of your eligible earnings based on company performance
