After all, service radiates from you! As an experienced BRP specialist, you make our Civil Affairs team stronger and you have up-to-date knowledge. To be able to perform this position properly, a minimum of three years of recent work experience in the civil affairs function is required. You are the source of information for citizens and colleagues in the field of civil status, private international law and the BRP. You know exactly how and when to apply the rules!

You deal with complex (international) issues in the field of Civil Affairs. Your activities consist of identifying and conducting address investigations, processing complex marriage and birth declarations, carrying out mutations and corrections in the BRP, assessing source documents and processing registrations from abroad.

In addition, you know exactly how to handle applications related to naturalization. You are strong in communication, also in English. You are solution-oriented and can easily put yourself in the position of the citizen. This results in customization, because you are a perfectionist and want the best for the citizen! You have a keen eye for quality. In addition, you have a signaling role in the team with regard to matters such as address and identity fraud. Working in a team is also very important to you. As a real team player you can easily give and receive feedback from colleagues. You are decisive, involved and take responsibility in your work.

Job requirements

  • You have HBO thinking and working level;
  • You have a BABZ / MLO BZ diploma, supplemented with the modules personal and family law, international personal and family law and nationality law;
  • You are in possession of a relevant education, for example a diploma NVVB Public Academy, the basic Civil Affairs or Public Affairs training, the Employee Local Government Civil Affairs training;
  • Knowledge of the BRP law is an advantage;
  • Pre: You have experience with key2burgerzaken, key2pay and Cognos.
