This role is Worksite dependent and can only be performed onsite. You must be fully vaccinated if you’re to come onsite OR undergo testing twice a week.

Work hours: Non-standard work week as we are open 365 days a year. Some hours vary based on location.

What you’ll do:

• Ensure day-to-day operations run like a well-oiled machine: Use your supernatural organizational powers to help manage the health care needs of our varied patient populations, accurately follow all policies and procedures, provide excellent customer service through all avenues of communication, practice in alignment with the scope of your certification or licensure, appropriately manage ambiguity, recognize appropriate ways to deal with conflict management, and properly document your efforts of all the care and information provided to our patients.

• Get hands-on:

• As an RN, you will have all of the responsibilities of the Medical Assistant and LPN in addition to being the clinical arm of your department. You will triage patients, , make outreach calls to patients regarding their results, , support the clinician to help manage the complex healthcare needs of patients, lead and support the back and front office staff with regards to patient’s concerns or center needs, and maintain supportive relationships with multi-disciplinary team members so as to provide the best comprehensive care possible for our patients. You will also have opportunities  to draw blood , process specimens in the lab, start and maintain IV infusions, administer IV push medications, , provide assistance with simple in-office procedures and support LPNs and MA’sclinically, throughout the day.

• Be a superstar in the eyes of providers and patients alike: Help answer questions, concerns, and requests, either in person, through our EHR and patient portal, or by phone.

This job is for you if you possess the following:

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• RN license to practice in the state of Arizona
• Excellent customer skills, and care deeply about providing empathetic, quality care to customers
• Time spent in a healthcare environment  
• Know your way around a computer
• BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• PALS Certification

Bonus points for:

• 1+ year experience in the outpatient setting
• 1+ year experience in an Urgent Care setting
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
