What are we looking for?
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering preferred
- 2+ years of experience in Production or Supply Chain roles required, 5 years in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Prior experience in capital project development, budget planning, business strategy activity management, and/or site leadership team experience preferred
- Understanding of improvement tools as SIXSIGMA, Kaizen, 5S
- Ability to work cross functionally with team members and Senior Leaders
- Track record in leading step-change initiatives / Best practice roll out
- Eager to analyze and inspired by maximizing value
- Fluent in English

Capital Project Development

Focused Improvement (FI) Pillar Member
Site KPI’s and Operating Plan
- Development of project timelines and prioritization
- Collaborates with Segment CI Tech's to implement segment strategies to achieve long term customer service, inventory management, segmentation, and supply chain cost objectives
- Collaborates with Site Leadership and Engineering, supports and leads the capacity analysis, develops solution and quantifies impact to Site KPI’s including line efficiency (TRS), waste, labor, and production expense for all capital projects
- Partners with Site Leadership to identify and prioritize projects that drive Continuous Improvement (CI) targets
- Partners with Site Leadership to identify and prioritize projects that drive Continuous Improvement (CI) targets
- Responsible for the development of learning curves and target rates for new equipment and systems
- Responsible for performance of rate review and targets for new equipment and systems
- Monitor and track weekly performance and data input in Tableau
- Monitor and track performance delivery of actual versus planned KPI’s and financials.
- MSE : Developing site capability in loss analysis and problem solving on the zero- loss journey
- Identifies site losses and provides the tools/skills to eliminate
- Supports Pillar Leading site implementation and reapplication of the FI initiatives across the site, including building capability in FI and CI processes
- Develop project charters
- Builds Site Period Connection Point review process
- Builds Site Period TRS Connection Point review process
- Monitors KPI trending and performance to support Site to deliver results.
- Supports site IE with the Site Rate Review and Master Capacity Planning (MCP) processes based on site standards and demonstrated performance
Network leadership
- Where capital projects require multiple site inputs, works directly with Central resources to compile a network summary for a Brand or product format.
- In some cases, will lead process standardization and functional training for other site CI Tech's.
