Responsibilities:
To build the compliance culture and design the company's Policy/ Procedure; To lead the conducting of business ethics monitoring; To lead the compliance capability building with high quality compliance education and coaching; To take charge the China CCC meeting and ensure the issues are fully discussed and the related action plans are executed with HRTo partner with Business Leaders (CLT level) to deliver high quality compliance advise with the mindset of business and compliance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, major in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Pharmaceutical will be a plus;10+ years' experience in a Compliance and/or Finance or Internal Controls department preferably in MNC pharmaceutical industry; Previous knowledge of anti-bribery and anti-corruption controls environments is a must Previous experience on policies and procedures development and implementation and compliance trainings is a must Fluent in both written and oral English
