Child care specialist and vocational trainer

The PZM Psychiatriezentrum Münsingen AG is one of the largest psychiatric clinics in Switzerland. Every year, more than 3,100 mentally ill adults are treated in inpatient and semi-inpatient settings. The focus of therapy is in the fields of depression and anxiety, psychosis and dependency as well as geriatric and neuropsychiatry.

What she expects

• In this function, together with another specialist, an apprentice and an intern, you will ensure that children are cared for and supported by their age and development from the age of 1.5 years until they enter kindergarten.
• They participate in the planning of the daily routine and the design of the group rooms.
• In addition, the independent completion of the housekeeping work is part of your duties.
• Accompanying and supervising a mixed-age group of children from 1.5 years to kindergarten entry.
• Regular forest days, lead and create portfolios

What to bring

• You have completed training as a childcare specialist and have at least two years of professional experience, preferably with small children aged between three months and four years.
• You are experienced in vocational training and have preferably already accompanied a trainee through the IPA.
• We want a person who enjoys working with children and has empathy.
• A high degree of responsibility, team spirit and flexibility complete your profile.
