An exciting start-up company in the sustainability industry with strong growth since day one. The company continues to grow and is now looking for a CFO who can influence and grow together with the company.

Tasks

As CFO, you work in a central role with main responsibility for the company's finances. It is a broad role where you handle accounting, current accounting, invoicing, salaries, financial statements and annual accounts. At the company, you are responsible for price and profitability calculations for their physical products and services. In the role of CFO, you also work strategically with the development of routines and processes, financial analyzes and follow-up of key figures and reporting. In addition, you produce calculations and models with clear recommendations against the company's goals.

Furthermore, you work closely with the CEO and the company's chairman of the board and have great opportunities to influence decisions and direction. Initially, the position will not include personnel responsibilities, but the hope is to expand the team going forward.

Education, experience and personal qualities

• Completed post-secondary education in economics
• A few years' work experience in a similar role, meriting with experience from a start-up company
• Very good knowledge of business systems and Excel
• You speak and write fluently in Swedish and English
