Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily Checks with Building Engineers and Technicians
- Weekly Reports
- Time Sheet Review
- Time Exception Review
- Overtime
- PTO
- Screen, hire, supervise, and coordinate training activities for engineering staff.
- Provide technical support, job delegation, and project management to engineering team.
- Assist with reducing operating expenses while maintaining and enhancing the quality of the services provided.
- Assist in generating and executing budgets
- Assist with generating scope for /RFA/RFP.
- Assist in project management.
- Outline a seamless customer impact.
- Ensure safety guidelines are followed.
- Provide on time updates to Client.
- Assist with construction projects
- Review construction drawings to ensure standards are followed.
- Collaborate with GC's on impacts to existing customers, FLS impairments, warranty work, etc.
- Oversee commissioning of new equipment.
- Vendor contract review and management.
- Monitor and control energy efficiency.
- Assist with generating SOP's
- Ensure OSHA compliance.
- Respond and support after hours emergencies when needed.
- Performance evaluations, disciplinary action, and pay increase recommendations.
- Ensure team development goals are outlined and met.
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of five (5) years' experience in the field and prior management experience is required.
- Knowledge of MS Office Applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Able to work well in a customer focused team environment.
- Excellent customer service, employee relations and good tenant/customer interaction skills.
- Proven ability to work with a variety of staff and management.
