Job Requirements

• Understanding of pH, metal solubility, conductivity, refractive index, ion exchange, basic fluid dynamics and flow diagrams.
• Understand concentration calculations.
• Understand statistics and quality specifications.
• Ability to read and interpret monitoring gauges and controllers.
• Understand chemical handling procedures, including use of MSDS, P.P.E., storage and disposal requirements.
• Basic knowledge of pumps and operations of fluid handling systems.
• Working knowledge and knowledge of the theory of operation, function, location, maintenance, and troubleshooting of the following systems: 
  • Waste water treatment system:                                  
  • Systems control panels and programming/alarms
  • Bulk storage area                                                        
  • cincinnati can washer/wash coater/ovens
  • Reverse Osmosis System                                            
  • DI System
  • Schneider coolant systems
• Class “D” wastewater operator certification preferred
• Basic mechanical and computer skills.
• High School Education/GED preferred
