We are a busy hospitality agency and we are now looking to register Chefs with Enhanced DBS Disclosures for our schools and businesses in and around the Weston Super Mare area.

Skills Required:

* Reliable, Trustworthy & flexible.

* Experience in cooking with fresh food & ingredients.

* A high standard of food hygiene.

* Cooking food to a high standard.

* Being responsible for cleaning and organising your section well.

* Great organisation skills.

* Stock control, monitoring portion sizes and waste control.

* Great communication skills in English is an essential.

Ideal Candidates Must Have:

* Previous experience working in a very busy kitchen is ideal.

* Have a recent Food Hygiene & Food Safety Certificate's

* Must have own chef whites and knives

* Eligible to work in the UK

* Own transport

* Willingness to work with flexibility.
