You will be responsible for shopping, prepping, cooking, presenting, menu planning, keeping kitchen clean and tidy, washing up of all kitchen equipment, fridge management and cupboard management, and everything food related2-10 guests (youngest is 16) plus staff to cook forBreakfast (making something interesting and different each day - eg avocado toasts or yoghurt pots + providing pastries, fruit platters etc, buffet (Ottolenghi) style lunches by the pool, then canapes and three course plated dinner in the eveningThere are other staff in the house to lay, clear and serve at the tableIf the chef drives, this is helpful, but if not, this is not essentialThe clients are happy to take a split of chefs if necessary to secure someone for the dates they are looking for help.It is important you have had previous experience in similar roles and that you have an excellent standard of cooking, and can present your food in a beautiful way.
