You will be working within a dynamic kitchen environment and work withthe Head Chef to help develop the menu within the group. A member driven menu from breakfast to dinnerin our lively and busy kitchen. This is a brilliant opportunity for a Chef dePartie to take their career to the next level.
You will work closelywith the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef to be responsible forensuring the kitchen operates within its agreed budgets and that food hygieneand health and safety compliance is maintained at all times.
