The Bull Hotel is a busy 15th century coaching-inn situated in the West Dorset market town of Bridport. It has a thriving restaurant which is as popular with the locals as it is with hotel guests. The Bull also benefits from a lively cocktail bar, Georgian ballroom and 19 boutique style bedrooms. The food served here takes advantage of our fantastic location just a mile from the awesome Jurassic coast, and so has is a strong emphasis on fresh seafood. The dining atmosphere is relaxed, we have a bar area and outdoor seating in our beautiful courtyard. Bridport has a strong arts culture, music scene and food heritage.

We have an exciting job opportunity here at The Bull Pizzeria (formerly The Bridport Stable). The Pizzeria is located at the rear of The Bull Hotel and is open to all.
We require an experienced Pizza Chef to work full time in our popular pizza restaurant - usual hours are 2pm-10pm midweek and 12pm-10pm on weekends and school holidays.
The Pizzeria is part of the The Bull Hotel and as such you will be part of a large friendly team, will receive great tips, full training and 25% Staff discount on food and drink.

A hygiene qualification, excellent food knowledge and food safety awareness are all essential for this role. But we’re interested in your personality and potential too – not just your previous experience.
Here at Fuller’s we like to listen to our teams and recently we been asked by some of our chefs if they can change their rota and have 3 days off a week – we were more than happy to oblige.
So if it's better for you you can work your normal hours over 4 days and take 3 full days off a week, meaning more down time and more family time…..and therefore happier chefs!
