This role will perform regular chargeback & dispute processing to enhance the performance of Fraud Solution Software. This role will report to the Fraud Analytics Manager.
Key responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, although are not limited to:
· Process Chargeback & Disputes across ASOS’s acquirer portals, in line with timeframes, card scheme regulations and requirements.
· Liaise with acquirers when required.
· Build and submit chargeback & dispute representment packages using the most effective evidence based on reason code.
· Keep up to date with card scheme rules and regulations to ensure defences are submitted correctly.
· Monitoring transactions ensuring that feedback is given to optimise fraud software solutions.
What success looks like:
· Being an integral member of the Chargeback & Disputes team through working independently.
· Building effective relationships with our acquirers.
· Working in partnership with the all areas of Global Fraud.

• Experience working in a fast-paced ecommerce fraud environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills – evidence of demonstrating innovative and methodical thinking.
• Strong communication skills; ability to influence at all levels of an organisation
• Knowledge of Chargeback & Dispute process.
