Our Team

The Channel Management team is responsible for promoting and developing growth strategies for our partners. We identify areas of opportunity and develop specific improvement and growth projects within current selling platforms to better compete. We are passionate about excelling in the performance of our brands in the different digital sales channels. We work together to develop alternatives to optimize in-channel performance and provide the highest growth in our sales and competitiveness in the market.

Role for You

You are commercial-oriented and an expert in eCommerce, who is passionate about building strategies from scratch and turning them into specific projects to bring our partners to the top of sales. You enjoy establishing business relationships with different sales channels, have great people and analysis skills, are structured, organized and focused on results

Main Responsibilities

• Deliver sales results in Mercado Libre accordingly to plan; ensuring the development, execution and follow-up of key initiatives.• Define and lead the implementation of growth and improvement strategies, working hand to hand with multi-functional teams to deliver on projects.• Evaluate daily strategies and provide inputs to drive visibility, listings, promotions and sales.• Carry out analysis to identify business opportunities and generate strategic and operational alternatives to accelerate growth and performance.• Understand market channels dynamics to solve high-impact problems together with our partners.• Build a long-term relationship with Marketplace decision makers to drive overall sales volume.• Lead the onboarding, negotiation and development strategy with new channels.• Provide visibility by monitoring and reporting main KPIs and performance insights.• Guarantee the adoption of Marketplaces improvement initiatives to enhance our brands experience.

You have these:

• Proven 3-5 years of e-commerce experience in business development, sales or account management, with proficient understanding of KPIs and growth levers for e-commerce.(Must have experience in Mercado Libre)• Strong analytical skills with the ability to dig through data, draw conclusions and translate to actions.• Leadership qualities to organize and manage growth projects.• Experience in commercial strategy development and implementation.• Self driven people, results-driven and with a growth mindset.• Advanced working knowledge of Spanish and English at minimum – Portuguese a plus.• Location: remote with preference for Chile and availability for traveling to Mexico City occasionally.
