We are looking for an experienced and successful Change Manager to join our dedicated People function to lead us through this exciting period of transformation for our wonderful and much loved charity. This is a fixed term opportunity for up to 2 years.
This Senior Manager role reports directly to the People Director and will lead the organisation and implementation of the People Plan through business analysis and project and change management. you will be responsible for integrating people change across Trust wide departments through Trust wide projects and programmes.
Whilst this role is based working from home, you will be expected to attend your nearest hub office and our Leeds office occasionally for Team meetings, and project meetings across England and Wales.

About the role
As a member of the People leadership team you will be responsible for enabling the directorate to meet business targets through actively managing a programme of change and transformation over the next two years. We are entering an exciting period of our transformation and it is critical that you can demonstrate success at delivering significant and impactful People change programmes across a diverse and complex national organisation.
You will be working closely with the People Director, People Leadership Team , Directors, Senior Managers and a variety of stakeholders across the Trust including Construction, Operations, Museums & Attractions and Property.

You will be an organised, strong and effective communicator. Confident and persuasive, with a focus on pulling diverse teams together to remain on track and focused on delivery. You are able to consider and understand the bigger picture. Your experience will mean that you are effective at identifying the priorities and complexities to ensure ambitious but realistic processes and timelines are developed for delivery. Your process approach and focus means that you keep everything moving in the same direction and can ‘fire fight’ the day to day issues and barriers that can arise.
