Change Manager

Job Description:

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Change Manager to join our exciting and fast paced Business Change Team on the O2 Partnership. As a Change Manager you will be part of a team impact assessing and delivering client and internal changes requests, working closely with other colleagues from across the O2 Partnership and Capita Experience division.

This is a full-time permanent role which can be based at any of our sites.

What you’ll be doing:

• Defining scope, goals, work streams and deliverables
• Completing Impact Assessments including where applicable benefits cases as well as costs within SLA
• Creating and managing the implementation plan
• Managing delivery in accordance with agreed governance and frameworks
• Reporting progress to all key stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Change/Project environment experience
• Experience managing ambiguity
• Understanding of project frameworks and methodologies, industry wide and/or bespoke
• Expert user of office tools including Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
• Prince2 Foundation or equivalent Change Manager qualification preferred
