The EU Startup Team is looking for a motivated Project Manager Startup to run their European Depot process. Successful candidates will be natural self-starters and quick learners who learn how to lead small to medium complex projects. This individual will be involved in leading a team and also coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders and customers to redistribute assets across the EU required to launch new warehouses with the goals of reducing network costs, shrinking lead times, improving deployment speed and optimizing supply chains KPIs. This individual needs to be comfortable interfacing at all levels of the organization.
Ideal candidates will have the understanding and flexibility to deliver projects against Amazons high standards and processes

Specific Tasks to be completed;
• Manage the Supplier relationships of the Depot sites and transportation companies. Including the following tasks;
o RFPs/Tenders, supplier Scorecards and financial reporting
• Manages the financial and logistic data exchange between the business and finance teams
• Reports/approvals for Accounting on stock/budget line adjustment.
• Liaising with Procurement Category teams on opportunities for centralised ordering and cost reduction projects.
• Responsible for supporting all Field PMs with Non-Inventory support, including Process documentation, training, field audits and score carding.
• Attending conference calls, managing updates and gaining feedback
• Managing a team of direct reports, external contractors and temporary members of staff
• Managing the tactical operations of the depots and support to all sites.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Basic Qualifications
· Supply Chain or Logistics certification with 5 years experience
· Bachelor’s degree in SMET areas, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
· Solid verbal and written communication skills in both native and English language at CEFR level C1
· Work independently in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment
· Ability to travel up to 50% within Europe
· Proficient in Microsoft Office products: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and MS Project
· English language proficiency

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Preferred Qualifications
· Master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field
· Superior communication skills, English at CEFR level C2, including the proven ability to effectively manage, influence, negotiate, and communicate with external business partners and internal teams to meet organizational capacity needs
