What you''ll be doing:

  • Working with Divesting entity teams attend Red Flag and subsequent BTA/TSA related meetings to understand scope, status & timelines
  • Working with offshore team prepare supplier spend reports to Divesting entity requirements – template already in place
  • For all suppliers that have a Group Contract source the contract typically from the Ariba platform and store in appropriate Divesting entity teams folder
  • Review the identified supplier contracts and populate agreed supplier templates with key data points including but not limited to:  Services still required, Contract end date, termination clauses, requirement to have a TSA ( Transitional Services Agreement), contract owner and other related contract clauses and potential impact on spend thresholds working closely with colleagues in Group Procurement and the divesting entity team
  • Work closely with the Divesting entity team Commercial lead to fully scope and understand where there are local Division/Business unit contracts in place as well as an overall Group Supplier contract and agree approach and responsibilities to move forward Upload all relevant documentation to relevant Divesting entity teams site plus any requests to the VDR (Virtual Data Room) for the Divesting entity
  • Look to improve and enhance the current processes and templates already in place to drive continuous improvement as the Divestment activities continue to roll out over the next 12-18 months

What we're looking for:

  • Project Co-ordination and Management
  • Good Microsoft Excel Skills
  • Self-starter with ability to work across distributed teams and multiple projects Good time management and ability to work to deadlines
  • Experience in writing or reviewing contracts - desirable
  • Experience of the Divestment process - desirable
