Robert Half is currently working with a dynamic client seeking a Cash Application Specialist. As the Cash Application Specialist, you will be responsible for processing high volume transactions for the accounts receivable department. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a high-volume environment and previous accounts receivable experience. If you are a Cash Application Specialist, this could be the role for you!

What you get to do every single day

- Post daily payments including checks to customer accounts, wires and ACH credit transfers

- Process and reconcile remittances and accounts receivables

- Address discrepancies such as payment issues

- Kick off general ledger reports weekly

- Help with the management of customer database accounts

Requirements

- Experience with Cash Applications

- Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize work

- 2+ years working in an accounts receivable department

- Must be detail oriented and maintain a high level of accuracy

- Outstanding data entry skills
