Unretiring and become a CAREGiver means…
Firstly, you learn the Home Instead Way of CAREGiving via industry-lead training with a combination of face-to-face and online modules. With our Trainers you will realise you know more than you had first realised Life experience counts for everything!
Secondly, we will carefully match you to your new regular clients based on similar hobbies and interests. You will then be introduced and shown how to support the client to live happy, independent lives in their own home.

Finally, the most important bit, you will make a real difference every day to a person’s life!

Qualifications
You do not need any experience or qualifications to become a CAREGiver with us and we encourage people from all sectors. We provide FULL training from the start and will support you throughout your career with us.
You will ideally have a driving licence and access and a suitable means of transport depending on the area you wish to work or the hours that you would like.
You are available to work similar hours, at least 2 days during the week and available few hours on Sat and Sun every other weekend at the same time.
Additional Information
We are also recruiting for part-time guaranteed 10, 16, 20, 25hours, and full-time 30+hours role for candidates with suitable availability (our busiest time is 8am-10.30am or 5-10pm and weekend), proven ability to support our clients and committed to Home Instead training and development journey.
