Capture Leadership
- Assembles and leads a large team of technical and sales resources with a broad variety of expertise across our commercial cloud portfolio to support pre-sales engagements and delivery shaping for highly complex and large projects.
- Leads collaborative engagements between sales, delivery, and partner teams to drive deal and engagement capture. Influences customers and internal stakeholders to remove obstacles and drive projects forward. Learns and applies lessons from experience to future projects. Shares lessons with others to enhance growth and efficiency.
- Reflects deal qualification in Capture Frameworkd to create winnable deals. Knows when to challenge. Continues proejct qualification as appropriate to influence in/out of an engagement. Helps sales team expand project scope.
Engagement Quality and Execution
- Coordinates and influences the development of capture artifacts (via Decision Point framework) for highly complex engagements that meet customer expectations of scope, timeline, deliverables, and business outcomes. Defines expectations and accountabilities for artifact development and ensures they are followed by team members. Ensures consistency and direction across artifacts.
- Works with Account, Partner and Delivery teams to balance customer expectations with Microsoft business goals while mitigating risk and maximizing delivery best practices by applying right shoring and delivery mix capabilities as appropriate for deal complexity.
- Provides clarity on complex or unclear requirements (e.g., region), and analyzes insights to shape projects and capture artifacts. Identifies those who can apply industry and solution-area knowledge to improve engagement quality. Leverages lessons learned and shares knowledge with others.
- Manages and executes highly complex pursuits using standard processes and tools. Demonstrates creativity in approach.

Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Strong background in the Retail and Conusmer Goods industry and associated sub-verticals with knowledge of RCG sales and delivery processes
- Management expierance (e.g., people, project, process, vendor, change) experience
- Exoierance in enterprise technology sales, consulting, delivery management experience, or relevant experience
- OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Technology or related field AND expierance of enterprise technology sales, consulting, or delivery management experience
- OR Master's Degree in Business, Management, Technology or related field AND experience in enterprise technology sales, consulting, delivery management experience, or relevant experience.
