What you’ll achieve
As a Manager of Capacity Demand Management, you will be responsible for managing our Global Capacity Demand Management team. As the Capacity Demand leader, you will leverage your strong analytical skills, product/project management foundations, and key supply chain and forecasting insights in order to deliver accurate demand and financial analysis.
You will:
Build and implement demand planning processes across global teams that will enable the organization to scale in data driven forecasting of business demand
Identify and Implement capacity planning technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency
Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of operational performance via Key Performance Indicators
Key Influencer for capacity planning and workforce management capabilities
Provides input and thought leadership on new capabilities and enhancements, Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting

Essential Requirements
Highly effective and efficient in dynamic situations, Strong organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy
Solid understanding of metrics with ability to explain the data insights to business partners
Supply chain and / or infrastructure manufacturing planning experience with financial awareness
Experience working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations
Demonstrated capacity analytic and data management capabilities and reporting presentation of complex data
Desirable Requirements
Experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects, program or project management, working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
