What you’ll achieve
As a Manager of Capacity Demand Management, you will be responsible for managing our Global Capacity Demand Management team. As the Capacity Demand leader, you will leverage your strong analytical skills, product/project management foundations, and key supply chain and forecasting insights in order to deliver accurate demand and financial analysis.

You will:

• Build and implement demand planning processes across global teams that will enable the organization to scale in data driven forecasting of business demand

• Identify and Implement capacity planning technology enablers that will improve operating accuracy and efficiency

• Manage the analyses of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting of operational performance via Key Performance Indicators

• Key Influencer for capacity planning and workforce management capabilities

• Provides input and thought leadership on new capabilities and enhancements, Analyze drivers of significant forecast misses to continuously improve forecasting

Essential Requirements

• Highly effective and efficient in dynamic situations, Strong organizational and communication skills, problem solving skills, and team-orientated philosophy

• Solid understanding of metrics with ability to explain the data insights to business partners

• Supply chain and / or infrastructure manufacturing planning experience with financial awareness

• Experience working with and drawing insights from raw data & data visualizations

• Demonstrated capacity analytic and data management capabilities and reporting presentation of complex data

Desirable Requirements

• Experience defining product requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements

• 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects, program or project management, working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Salary starting from: 4 280 EUR gross monthly
