Are you passionate about data and/or analytics and how we use it to improve our customer journey and build more effective marketing campaigns? We're looking for a dynamic Campaign Assistant to work as part of our CRM/Marketing team.
In the role you will help set up, monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns, including Email, App, Coupon and Print reach. To support the Campaign Exec in delivering a targeted audience strategy and deliver reporting that assists the CRM team in planning and decision making. To contribute to the team aims of personalisation and targeting in our communications, leveraging the platform for efficiency and impact.
This role is based within our Head Office here in Liverpool, L33 7SZ
Execute data selections for marketing campaigns
•Set up marketing campaigns in salesforce, ensuring accurate, efficient and timely execution.
•Support in creating and implementing data briefs and segmentation details for customer activities.
•Work with the team to improve data selections, providing counts and ideas for better targeting.
•Take ownership of key campaigns across automated and segmented email.
•Help the team progress campaigns in App, Coupon and Print targeting set up.
•Liaise with the Campaign Executive , Customer Marketing Manager to ensure the Audience strategy overall is effective and delivered.
Report into the team on CRM activity.
•Deliver an agreed suite of reporting from the platforms provided, summarizing and sharing results.
•Support our test programme with ongoing review of KPIs with actionable conclusions and recommendations
•Prepare packs for up to board level that clearly and precisely articulate the CRM activity results.
•Liaise with the insight team where necessary to ensure clear results reviews enable our progress.
•Optimize campaign performance with better targeting driven by tests and reports that enable progress.
Work to support the ongoing adoption of our marketing technology, improving efficiencies and delivery.
•Demonstrate a developing knowledge of cross channel marketing tools, and work to leverage our systems.
•Help the wider CRM team with solutions for campaign development based on insight and tools.
•Support data driven initiatives and key strategic projects with reporting and campaign set up.
Work with the CRM Team to drive strategic change in the campaign programme:
•Support the wider CRM and marketing strategy with a best practice approach to content and targeting.
•Feed into the team on projects from a data and analysis view, bringing new ideas for consideration.
